SMALL GROUP PT - STRENGTH CLUB (Female only)

 For women only - SGPT sessions focus on structured, progressive training built around your goals. You’ll work through strength and conditioning blocks using a mix of free weights, functional equipment, and bodyweight movements. Coaches guide your technique, adjust intensity to suit your level, and track your progress over time. Every session is personal, purposeful, and designed to get real results in a small, supportive group setting. We currently run seven SGPT sessions a week.

 

Who Should Attend:

  • Total beginners through to experienced trainers are all welcome.

  • Anyone who thrives on training in a group environment and enjoys motivating and being motivated by others.

  • People looking to enhance their knowledge of training and techniques.
